Research On Teacher-student Interaction Strategies In Online Live Teaching Under The Background Of Anti-epidemic

Since 2020,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic has broken out in many countries and regions around the world.During the new crown pneumonia epidemic,teachers are generally concerned about how to improve the quality of live teaching.Teacher-student interaction is the central link of online live teaching.Improving the quality of teacher-student interaction is of great significance to improving the quality of online live teaching.Based on the three role theories and the teaching interaction hierarchy tower theory,this paper establishes a teacher-student interaction model in online live teaching,which provides theoretical support for the formulation of teacher-student interaction strategies in online live teaching.Based on the teacher-student interaction model in online live teaching,the author designed a scale of factors influencing the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction in online live teaching and an interactive behavior scale.Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the scale,the regression equation of the effective teacher-student interaction in the online live teaching and the six factors that affect the effective interaction between the teacher and the student(learning initiative,interpersonal assistance,learning atmosphere,emotional motivation,Teacher’s recognition,self-efficacy),and based on these six master-student interaction factors,formulated "Enhance learners’ learning initiative","Reasonable use of interpersonal assistance","Optimize learners’ learning environment",and "Actively use teaching incentives" "Give learners full recognition" "Improve learners’ self-efficacy" strategy,and elaborate on the use of these six strategies,aiming to provide strategic support and reference for the effective interaction of teachers and students in online live teaching.Finally,through the two online live courses of "Micro-course Design and Production" and "Ae Basics","use shared documents","audio connection","set option answer sheets","create study groups",and "provide teaching feedback and evaluation".An empirical study was conducted on the strategy,which verified the feasibility of its implementation.
