The comprehensive development of school sports plays a positive role in promoting the healthy development of teenagers.Optimizing the organizational model of physical education and improving the teaching ability of teachers are effective measures to promote the development of physical education in schools and important channels to improve the effective classroom teaching.Effective teaching can promote the overall development of students;The overall development of students is inseparable from the interaction between teachers and students.Teacher and students are the two main parts of physical education.The interaction and communication between teachers and students(verbal/nonverbal behaviors)has a certain influence on the organization,development and implementation of physical education.Therefore,the study of teacher-student interaction behavior is of great significance to the effective teaching research.Although there are many researches on the classroom teacher-student interaction behavior of excellent teachers at home and abroad,there are few researches on the classroom teacher-student interaction behavior of interns as pre-service teachers.In order to explore the impact of internship on students' teaching ability,researchers will study the teacher-student interaction behavior of 10 interns in S university.In this study,10 undergraduates(5 males and 5 females)of grade 16(5 males and 5 females)who were interns in F high school and K primary school of S university were selected for a three-month internship tracking shooting,and the videos were quantitatively analyzed through the systematic observation tool CAFIAS(Cheffers Adaptation of the Flanders Interaction Analysis System),so as to study the Interaction between teachers and students of interns in physical education.This study used literature analysis,observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to explore the distribution ratio of teacher-student interaction behavior in the classroom teaching of physical education interns,put forward effective Suggestions for interns on how to conduct efficient teacher-student interaction and quickly improve the teaching level,and explore the impact of internship on grade 16 undergraduates.Research conclusions:1.The students interacted with each other in different periods of physical education.The result of the interaction between high school and primary school students was opposite,but the interaction between high school and primary school students was the same as that between teachers and students.2.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the proportion of teacher-student interaction in the first class of 10 interns is significantly different from that in the last class.3.Through questionnaire analysis,it is found that there are significant differences in the behavior of 2016 intern teachers in S university.Research recommendations:1.In order to effectively improve the teaching quality,interns should pay attention to students' needs for sports development,optimize teacher-student interaction,concentrate on teaching and practice,increase the effective interaction between teachers and students,and attach importance to the emotional communication between teachers and students to promote students to master sports skills.2.Interns can determine the positive feedback and negative feedback of interns in this class by recording their own teaching videos and combining with the CAFIAS teacher-student interaction scale.By analyzing the relationship between the proportion of teacher-student interaction and the teaching content,the students' level can be accurately positioned,and the teaching methods and means can be quickly adjusted to achieve the effect of efficient teacher-student interaction.3.Schools should add pre-service teacher psychology courses;In the aspects of effective teacher-student interaction theory course and practical course of virtual class practice with VR,students' courses are optimized to promote interns to produce efficient teacher behaviors.
