| In recent years,incidents such as school bullying and elementary school students’ psychological crisis have frequently occurred in society.The mental health of elementary school students has received unprecedented attention and attention from schools,parents,and society.Among the influencing factors of students’ mental health problems,"emotional impulse" is an important reason for students to get themselves into psychological dilemma.In order to promote the development of students’ emotional management ability,T District of Zhuzhou City has launched a series of primary school emotional management courses.This course aims to help students understand their own emotions and the emotions of others,learn to manage emotions,effectively carry out self-motivation,and enhance their understanding of other people’s emotions through the implementation of emotional management courses that help elementary school students improve their emotional intelligence.This study combed and analyzed the theoretical basis,implementation standards and current development status of the primary school emotional management curriculum in T District of Zhuzhou City.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,it analyzed the impact of the primary school emotional management curriculum on the emotional intelligence of students,the overall interpersonal atmosphere of the class,and teachers,And then analyzed the factors that affect the effectiveness of the T-zone primary school emotional management curriculum.The main factors are the lack of science in teaching design,the inadequate course guarantee,the lack of qualified teachers,the insufficient attention from the school,and the inadequate teaching implementation.The article also summarizes and puts forward the guarantee conditions to effectively improve the effectiveness of the T-zone primary school emotional management curriculum from the following aspects: professional and comprehensive curriculum development,gradual curriculum promotion,curriculum implementation based on local conditions,and timely curriculum evaluation.In order to further improve the effectiveness of the emotional management curriculum for elementary schools in the T district of Zhuzhou City,this research is based on the "Curriculum Standards for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools",combined with the above guarantee conditions,and proposes enhancements from three perspectives: curriculum development,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation.Strategies for the effectiveness of the emotional management curriculum in T-zone primary schools.Specifically,the strategies proposed from the perspective of curriculum development include teaching design to make up for the shortcomings and the secondary development of the curriculum;the strategies proposed from the perspective of curriculum implementation include increasing the school’s importance,formulating the school’s overall curriculum planning,and flexibly arranging class hours.,To further cultivate the strength of teachers,focus on the factors of curriculum generation,and play the role of parents;the strategies proposed from the perspective of curriculum evaluation mainly include the specific evaluation of evaluation standards,the diversification of evaluation methods,the phased evaluation of evaluation time,and the professionalization of evaluation subjects.Therefore,this research is conducive to improving the teaching effect of the primary school emotional management course,and will also provide a useful reference for the overall promotion of the course,the improvement of the mental health development of primary school students,and the construction of a harmonious campus. |
