Time cannot be stored.It is irreplaceable,irreversible.And wasting time is a waste of life.Teacher's management of teaching time will directly influence the activities of students in classes.within few minutes,the validity of teacher's time management decides the quality of students' per unit time.It affects teachers and students' participation and successful experience of teaching within per unit time.It is also an important prerequisite for teachers to carry out teaching activities smoothly.Due to phenomenon of many(across)disciplines teaching common,teaching pressure,insufficient of teaching time management experience,weak of consciousness of management of teaching time…effectiveness of Classroom teaching time management of rural primary school young teachers' is a problem that deserves attention.By investigating the behavior,conscious,result,self-awareness of teaching time management efficiency of young primary school teachers in rural areas,to know the situation of class teaching time management efficiency of young primary school teachers in rural areas,analyze the problems of it,and put up relative strategies and advice.This essay starts from the angle of young primary school teachers in rural areas,to some extent,rich the relative research of teaching time management efficiency.And it can be a reference for advance teaching time management efficiency of young primary school teachers in rural areas.This paper adopts literature review,survey and observation as research methodology.Through collection of relevant research data,the research status both at home and abroad is learned.Revolving around the research purpose,the questionnaire,interview outline and “Classroom Teaching Hour Management and Observation Scale” reflecting young teachers' efficiency of managing classroom teaching hours in rural primary schools are compiled.Based on that,“Classroom Teaching Hour Management Efficiency Evaluation Indicators” is set up and analyzed.Young teachers teaching primary school students in Shunqing District,Langzhong City and Peng'an County,and in rural areas are surveyed as research objects.Through questionnairesurvey and interview of teachers and field observation,the status of young teachers' efficiency of managing classroom teaching hours in rural primary schools is examined.Results show that their classroom teaching hour management efficiency is low,which is mainly reflected as improper time planning of classroom teaching,appropriation of classroom teaching hours,serious waste of teaching hours,and difficulty of achieving highly successful experiences among teachers and students.These problems are mainly caused by teachers' serious lack of teaching hour management knowledge,lack of the classroom teaching hour management ability,and lack of vigorous monitoring of the school level and by educational competent authorities.Based on the above research,this research puts forward three suggestions concerning inefficiency of classroom teaching time management among rural primary school teachers.In terms of rural primary school young teachers,the author suggests establishment of the classroom teaching time management concept,enrichment of the classroom teaching time management knowledge,improvement of the classroom teaching time design and implementation ability.In terms of the rural primary schools and educational administrative departments,it is suggested that a favorable environment should be created for classroom teaching time management,delinquent behaviors in classroom teaching time management be restricted,and classroom teaching time management training be conducted.
