Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,primary and secondary education and training market of China has developed rapidly,and various education and training companies have emerged,making the education industry a new "battlefield" for capital.At the same time,the development of Internet technology has also given birth to the development of online training and education.The number of primary and secondary school training companies in my country is increasing rapidly,and the primary and secondary education and training companies are also under extremely serious competitive pressure.In this context,more and more education and training companies have begun to think about their own development and need to build effective marketing strategies to improve their competitiveness in the training and education market,so as to win the training and education market competition.The thesis takes A education and training institution as the research case object,combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and introduces the implementation of the current marketing strategy of the A education and training company on the basis of the marketing-related research theory.Training companies use the SWOT model to systematically analyze the disadvantages and advantages of their marketing environment and the opportunities and threats in their environment.Secondly,on the basis of research related data,the current marketing problems of A education and training companies are summarized from the four aspects of promotion,channels,prices and products,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Then,applying STP theory to re-segment the competitive market where A education and training companies are located.Finally,it puts forward a suggestion on the optimization of the marketing strategy of A education and training enterprises,and guarantees the specific implementation of the optimization strategy from four aspects: corporate culture,management mechanism,talent reserve,and financial resources.Through the case study of the marketing strategy of A education and training enterprises,the thesis is helpful to construct suitable marketing strategies for the case enterprises and has certain reference value.It has certain reference value for promoting the standardization of the primary and secondary school training market in my country and promoting the healthy development of primary and secondary education and training enterprises.
