The education and training industry is the education and training industry,originated in the early 1990s,the predecessor of training institutions,in fact,is the cram school.Some of the best people or teams in the industry find that they are not maximizing their capabilities.At this time,a group of flexible people found that they could benefit from helping people in the industry with tutoring,and gradually tried to give up their own work,and the income of specialized tutoring was higher than the income of their own work.Gradually through good word of mouth,attracted more groups,slowly grow.Competition is the only way to progress in the social system.Under the good policy of our country,everyone can receive a good education,regardless of noble or low.China has made rapid progress in various fields at the same time,but also created a group of strong advanced technical personnel team.In this thesis,based on the target market marketing theory,product life cycle theory,and the theory of service marketing strategy,7PS marketing theory and on the basis of literature review,and Y training institutions,for example,the analysis and research on the marketing strategy of education training institutions,for the shortage,put forward the solution.Even the actual operation management is of great significance.The first is the introduction,emphasizing the background of small and medium-sized training institutions,development status and existing problems,the content of the research and the use of the method.Second,Y training institutions marketing theory overview.The third is the marketing environment analysis of Y training institution,including internal environment analysis,external environment analysis and SWOT analysis.Fourth,the formulation of STP marketing strategy of Y training institution.The fifth is the development of marketing mix strategy(7PS),the application of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,process and tangible display to develop strategies.The sixth is the solution implementation and safeguard measures of Y training institution.Four kinds of safeguard measures are put forward,including personnel guarantee,fund guarantee,technology guarantee and system guarantee.Summarizes the whole thesis and prospects the development of Y training institution.Off-campus training is a form of education relative to in-school education.lt is an important aspect of quality-oriented education,an important supplement and extension of in-school education,a connection of family education and a support of social education.As far as children’s out-of-school education is concerned.The present development trend of this work is very good.Although the emergence of children’s after-school education and training institutions shows the above good situation,we also find that there are some incongruous factors in them.For example,such institutions are generally "small in scale,unable to form scale benefits."The market short-term behavior,cannot form the market brand effect.""Weak ability to integrate social education resources" and so on.Through the use of marketing theory,according to the characteristics of children’s out-of-school education and training for analysis and research,the marketing theory and practical combination of the corresponding marketing strategy,so that it has a strong practical significance.
