With the new media influence on people's consumption psychology and consumption behavior, new media marketing is rapidly growing and the traditional marketing model is a great challenge. Meanwhile, the education and training industry's marketing practices and depth of integration of information technology, network technology, effectively reducing marketing cost of private education institutions, improve the efficiency of enterprise marketing, transformation and upgrading of education and training institutions provide an important condition. Based on the value and function of new media marketing, focusing on its practical application in private education and training institutions, education and training companies provide effective strategies through the use of new media marketing, and strive to further improve the theory of new media marketing, promoting the development of practical experience.This study is based on marketing theory and theory of new media marketing, HSY education marketing training group in analysis and management of operations on the basis of the status, explore new media marketing methods applied to HSY practical problems in the education and training group, and find out the main reasons proposed HSY group basic strategies for using new media marketing.
