Traditional Chinese martial arts have a long history,a wide range of categories,a wide variety of moves and routines,and a profound cultural touch.It has been continuously inherited and optimized in China and the world since ancient times.Among them,children’s traditional martial arts,which are suitable for martial arts enlightenment,strengthen their physique,and lay the foundation,have been developed most rapidly with the rise of the training industry.Modern traditional martial arts training for children is more scientific.It fully analyzes and masters the characteristics of children’s age,psychology,and body.It combines various martial arts such as boxing,legs,and equipment in traditional martial arts,with a rhythmic background.Music,with routines,martial arts exercises,and martial arts performances as the main display forms,focuses more on stimulating children’s interest in learning traditional martial arts,strengthening basic exercises,improving physical fitness,focusing on martial arts education,promoting martial arts culture,building self-confidence,shaping a healthy personality,and promoting Children’s physical and mental development in an all-round way.Yb Guanwu martial arts training school is committed to the amateur martial arts training of 4-16-year-old children.It provides targeted martial arts guidance according to different age stages,and pays attention to the cultivation of children’s noble moral sentiment and physical quality.Perfect curriculum system,innovative training methods,strive to let more students gain happiness in learning,increase Wushu Culture in training,help more young children grow up more healthy and happy.In the initial stage of establishment of YB Guanwu Martial Arts Training School,competition in the martial arts training industry in Qingdao West Coast New District was fierce: the same martial arts training school has been opened for a long time,with sufficient publicity,many branches,wide market coverage,and a certain degree of popularity and influence;Taekwondo Pavilion has a deep cultural promotion.Popularity,parents and students have a low sense of identity with traditional martial arts;Lego,art and other competition training institutions have low thresholds and high competitiveness;after a period of operation,it is found that the existing marketing strategies cannot help YB Guanwu The martial arts training school has developed in such a complex marketing environment,and it is urgent to optimize the existing marketing strategy according to the current internal and external marketing environment to help YB Guanwu martial arts training school achieve market breakthroughs.The main idea of this research is to analyze the internal and external marketing environment of Yb Guanwu martial arts training school’s industry market with PEST analysis method,including the external political environment,economic environment,industry situation,competitive products,alternative products and so on,as well as the internal development process,school scale,human resources,existing marketing strategies and so on;Then,the SPT analysis method is used to analyze the existing Wushu training market,select the target market and determine their own positioning.Combined with the analysis,the marketing mix and other methods are used to formulate and select the most suitable marketing strategy for the development of Yb Guanwu Wushu training school at this stage;Finally,from the organizational structure,the establishment and improvement of the system,the enhancement and update of internal educational administration and teaching management,a series of guarantee measures to ensure the stable implementation of marketing strategy are formulated,and the research of this topic is analyzed and summarized.
