Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Employment At The Grassroots Level Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the Party at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is still a major historical task to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;the employment of college students at the grass-roots level is also a major task of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.A major decision of long-term strategic significance made based on the overall situation of the country’s undertaking development.So far,a large number of college graduates have gone to the grassroots to make contributions.While creating personal value,they promote the development and prosperity of the grassroots areas.However,there is still a significant dilemma,namely,the shortage of talents in rural revitalization and the difficult employment situation of college graduates.In this case,it is an effective way to alleviate this dilemma by taking multiple measures to guide college students to work at the grassroots level.Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,the problems and countermeasures in the grassroots employment of college students are the main body of research.First,the concept and era background of the rural revitalization strategy,and the concepts and forms of college graduates’ grassroots employment are theoretically combed,and focused on Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the contemporary value of college students’ employment at the grassroots level is explained in depth.Secondly,based on a collaborative study of the two national strategies of rural revitalization strategy and grassroots employment of college students,a questionnaire survey was conducted on graduates of 6 different types of colleges and universities in Fujian Province and volunteers who have participated in grassroots employment,combined with case interview analysis Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the achievements,existing problems and obstacles of college students’ employment at the grassroots level are discussed.Finally,the thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures from the three aspects of "government linkage: enhancing the attractiveness of grassroots employment;university leadership: improving the adaptability of grassroots employment;college students’ self-consciousness:cultivating the competitiveness of grassroots employment".It is suggested that the three main bodies involved in rural revitalization and the employment of college students at the grassroots level should point out the direction for alleviating the shortage of talents in rural revitalization and the plight of college students’ grassroots employment.This subject provides theoretical and practical references for realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and promoting the growth of universities under the new situation in my country.
