Recently,School bullying has attracted attention from the society.Being bullied tend to create serious bad effects both on the physical and spiritual health of students,bringing about to psychological distress and even spiritual disease,which hinders their healthy growth.For preventing and intervening the psychological distress of bullied,this study put forward research hypotheses according to buffer model and stress coping theory.The Olweus School Bullying Scale,PSSS,CSQ and K10 were used to probe the connection between psychological distress and bullied,social support,and coping.The 949 valid data collected were expatiated with SPSS to quest the path of psychological distress of middle school pupils who were bullied,and it was found that prevention or intervention could change the variables of psychological distress of students after being bullied.Under this theory,an intervention plan is designed for the psychological distress of the bullied.This study found that active coping styles will negative predict bullied the degree of psychological distress,passive coping could specifically predict the occurrence of psychological distress,active coping types and passive coping types are able to bullying and psychological problems in partial intermediary role,middle school pupils to take active response will lower the possibility of their psychological distress,middle school pupils take negative measures will increase the extent of psychological distress;Social support has a significant effect on psychological distress,and can directly and significantly negatively predict the degree of psychological distress,also has a moderating influence on the psychological distress of bullied,which can temper the negative influence of bullying on psychological distress.Simultaneously,when that level of bullied is lower.Impact of social support on moral anxiety who bullied is more serious.When bullied is severe serious,the effect of social support on moral anxiety is still obvious,but the consequence is weaker.Based on regarding explanations,this paper integrates the theories about being bullied and psychological distress,and designs an intervention plan for the psychological distress of the victims of school bullying.Intervention scheme including content of the explanations and the scheme matrix,target groups,group activity plan,intervention implementation principle,the scheme in order to reduce the degree of psychological distress were bullies as the goal,is committed to raising the level of social support in bullying students and response capacity,to further the students’ moral health degree,hope to be able to serve in practice field bullying victim school social workers or adolescent social workers provide certain guidance.
