College students,as important preparatory talents for the country's future construction,have received much attention from society.The level of mental health of college students determines the quality of their preparatory talents and their contribution to the construction of the country in the future.In the context of the rapid transformation of modern society,contemporary college students need to face pressure and challenges from social competition,and their ability to cope with difficult challenges determines whether they can successfully develop themselves to meet the needs of future talents for social development.Resilience is the ability of individuals to successfully adapt to development after encountering adversity.Higher resilience levels of college students can effectively help them adapt to growth in difficult situations,actively respond to stress challenges,explore their potential and develop themselves.Therefore,research on the development of university students' resilience can help university students successfully cope with the pressures and challenges in social competition,improve their psychological quality,and reserve high-quality talents for the future development of the national society.Psychological distress is the psychological pressure caused by conflicts between people's original behaviors during the development of science and technology.When the stress load is too large,it will result in psychological distress.Through interview and evaluation of 67 students,the article understands the psychological dilemma performance of contemporary college students,and designs a psychological distress social worker intervention group plan based on the improvement of resilience according to the development crisis that the distress performance needs to cope with.A comparative study of group intervention was performed in the experimental group of university students,and no intervention was performed in 30 control group university students.According to the comparison of front-to-back measurement and subjective effect evaluation,it is found that the group intervention based on the improvement of resilience can more effectively improve the resilience level of college students.The intervention effective factors mainly include self-efficacy,peer relationship and impressive activity experience.The article proposes that resistance improvement interventions for college students can effectively help them cope with future development difficulties.Therefore,it is recommended that universities design psychological support networks to improve resistance,and focus on establishing a campus resistance culture and developing school social work from the school system level.The psychological crisis intervention level emphasizes the cooperation between social work and mental health education,social work and ideological and political education;from the day-to-day management level of the university,attention is paid to the management of college student volunteer services,the management of college student funding,and the employment guidance services for college students.These measures can effectively support the coping level of college students' psychological distress.
