Improvement Study On The Management Mode Of Logistics Management Resources In Multi Campus Of Beijing Institute Of Technology

Beijing Science and Technology University is a typical multi campus management of colleges and universities,after years of development,at present Beijing Institute of university construction completed the Zhongguancun District,Liangxiang campus,Xishan Experimental Zone three campuses.This paper mainly from two aspects to optimize the allocation of logistics management organization structure optimization and logistics resource allocation of Beijing Institute of Technology logistics service resources for the programme of study:Firstly,the organization of Beijing Institute of Technology Campus logistics management optimization is studied in this paper,the strip management corresponding functional organization,corresponding to "massive management" project type organization,compartmentalized integration corresponds to the form of a matrix organization,"small institution more entity" is in the form of a matrix organization on the basis of introducing the concept of project office,respectively the advantages and disadvantages of these organizations were 11 statements,finally concludes that for optimization of the organization of the University of technology logistics resource management should adopt the "small organs and entities" multi project organization structure.Secondly,in the organization and Optimization Based on established Beijing Institute of University of technology logistics service resources project priority model and resource allocation model,clear the Beijing Institute of the first priority of the University of technology logistics resource allocation is the Zhongguancun campus management,the second priority is Liangxiang campus management,the third priority is Xishan Experimental Zone management;and clear in Beijing Science University of technology logistics service resource allocation and guarantee logistics service outsourcing,service oriented logistics resources and consumer logistics resources optimization proportion of outsourcing of respectively 20% and 40%.
