Facing the progress and development of society,the mental health of ordinary college students has attracted much attention.According to previous surveys,the current mental health status of Chinese college students is not optimistic.Mental problems seriously endanger physical and mental health,and even cause various diseases.However,college students are in a full-time,full-time study and a stressful environment.The ignorant age doesn’t know how to transform this negative emotion,which turns into a mental illness and even chooses to end life.However,the research and practice of psychological intervention for college students are far from being able to meet the current needs.Exploring the high-quality and efficient group intervention model for the huge group of college students undoubtedly has high theoretical and social practical significance.In recent years,yoga has become popular in the world as a good remedy for fitness,weight loss,and stress reduction.Major fitness clubs and schools have promoted yoga practice,and people from all walks of life have also joined the ranks of yoga practice.In view of the development trend of yoga courses in domestic colleges and universities and the degree that college students love them as the starting point,the purpose is to study the intervention of yoga courses to alleviate the anxiety status of ordinary college students.Because of its static,medium-intensity and sports characteristics that can shape and reduce body fat,the course of yoga is a kind of fitness and weight loss exercise that modern and contemporary college students love very much.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out the experimental research.60 students from different majors of Hebei Normal University are selected as the experimental objects.30 students are divided into the experimental group and 30 students are divided into the control group.Through expert interviews and questionnaires,we understand the basic situation of anxiety in Colleges and universities;By consulting Yoga related books and interviewing yoga teachers,combined with practical and theoretical basis,formulate a scientific and reasonable yoga intervention scheme,and conduct experimental research on the effect of the intervention scheme,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Through the survey,it is found that 32.5% of college students have different degrees of anxiety symptoms.The causes of anxiety are graduation and employment problems,learning examination anxiety,body anxiety,appearance anxiety,time management anxiety,fear of negation anxiety,material anxiety and social anxiety.(2)This study follows the principles of psychology,sports psychology,sports physiology,sports training and sports anatomy,and divides the postures that meet the purpose of this experiment into functions and categories.At the same time,combined with expert opinions and the exercise level of college students,this paper selects targeted yoga poses and designs a yoga exercise intervention program to alleviate anxiety symptoms.(3)The results show that: first,the yoga intervention program can significantly improve the anxiety of college students.It has an effect on four factor dimensions:anxiety,neurological disorder,exercise-induced tension and mixed symptoms.Second,yoga intervention program can significantly improve the mood state of college students,which is manifested in the decline of TMD index,the significant improvement of depression factor index in negative mood and the significant increase of self-esteem factor score in positive mood.Third,yoga intervention has an obvious role in fitness shaping and improving body shape for college students.The specific performance is the obvious decline of body weight index and the improvement of flexibility and balance quality.(4)Although yoga practice can significantly improve the anxiety of college students,mental health is a complex dynamic change process.This paper does not consider the continuous effect after the test.It is hoped that more effective monitoring methods can be adopted in future research to make the test results more scientific.
