| With the rapid development of preschool education industry,more and more attention has been paid to the level of private kindergarten teachers.For the professional development of teachers,teacher training is a very necessary and essential way.No matter the policies in all kinds of documents,or the regulations in different education work guidelines,we can see the training reform of preschool teachers is the most urgent work in the process of teacher management.However,from the current relevant research point of view,there are not many reference cases about private kindergarten teacher training,and the research with practical significance needs to be developed.In this paper,227 teachers mainly from 8 private kindergartens in District S of Shanghai were investigated,as well as investigated the supply and demand of teacher training in private kindergartens in this region by using questionnaires.Starting from the framework of teacher management and the characteristics of kindergarten management,this paper investigates the framework design,training evaluation and training demand of teacher training in private kindergartens in District S of Shanghai,and finds out the loopholes in the supply of teacher training,such as the shortage of training supply,the unsatisfactory quality and the phenomenon that the supply is not needed.Based on the interview with three kindergarten heads,three key teachers and four front-line teachers,this paper analyzes the reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand of teacher training,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from the perspective of stakeholders of teacher training in private kindergartens.First of all,we need to further improve the training management system of private kindergartens,so that the training can be targeted and meet the needs through effective demand survey;Secondly,the education authorities should treat private kindergartens equally,provide more open and fair opportunities for teacher training,and strengthen the implementation of the guarantee measures for teacher training;Thirdly,we should mobilize the enthusiasm of market training institutions,let the scientifically designed training framework into private kindergartens,and realize personalized training;Finally,teachers’ training subject should be reset,so that teachers can realize their role as training subject,arouse their awareness of training responsibility,and constantly urge themselves to enter the sustainable path of professional development. |
