Research On The Supply Shortage Of High Skilled Talents In China

In recent years,the demand of economic development for highly skilled talents grow up,but high skilled talents' supply can't keep up with demand,supply and demand imbalance has become a key bottleneck hindering the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese economy.How to solve the problem and to increase the effective supply of highly skilled talents is a major research topic.Author read a lot of literature,introduces the research status of the imbalance between supply and demand of high skilled talents,combined with relevant theoretical basis and the realistic background,analyze high skill talent supply and demand imbalance status,causes and influencing factors,from the two angles of the supply side and demand side.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposed high skilled personnel supply side reform to solve the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of high skilled talents.Research shows that the imbalance between supply and demand of high skilled talents in two aspects of quantity and structure.Find the reason from the two angles of the supply side and demand side analysis of this phenomenon:social values dislocation,the internal mechanism is not perfect,the government policy measures are not perfect,occupation education is behind the supply side of the cause of high skill talent supply slowly;economic development,transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is the demand side reasons due to increasing demand for high skilled talents.Further analysis of the factors affecting the imbalance between supply and demand of high skilled talents found:GDP,fixed asset investment,the number of graduates of higher occupation school enrollment and the number of these 4 variables were positively correlated with the number of high skilled personnel supply;GDP,fixed asset investment,total labor productivity,the second industry and the third industry accounted for the proportion of GDP of these 5 variables were correlated with the number of demand for high skilled talents positively.Based on the above analysis,from set up the correct value;establish a demand oriented government,enterprise,school occupation high skilled talents in multi linkage mechanism;put forward high skilled personnel supply side reforms which focus on three aspects of the reform of higher occupation education,solve the supply shortage of high skilled talents.
