All enterprises in China attach great importance to human resource management and regard salary system as an important part of human resource management.If a reasonable and scientific salary system can be designed,it can also attract a large number of outstanding talents to stay in the company and provide more intellectual support for the company.The economic development has driven the development of the catering industry,and the competition among the catering industry has gradually intensified.Therefore,the catering industry and catering enterprises initially regard the service quality as an important part of improving competitiveness.In view of this,this paper analyzes the problems of employee turnover and recruitment difficulties in catering enterprises in China.To provide customers with high-quality service,it is necessary to build a team of high-quality employees,so it is even more necessary to use scientific salary system to build this team.The main research object of this paper is the catering service center of Northeast Agricultural University.From the perspective of two-factor theory,the salary system of the catering service center of Northeast Agricultural University is explored in detail,and based on the data information selected by the author,this salary system is quantitatively and quantitatively analyzed.Combining with the two-factor theory,the author integrates the healthcare factors and incentive factors into the salary management system construction process of this enterprise,in order to build a salary system that can better meet the needs of enterprises,thus providing an effective theoretical basis for the salary management practice of Northeast Agricultural University Catering Service Center,and contributing to the healthy development of Northeast Agricultural University Catering Service Center.
