| Liuzijue is Chinese traditional cultural heritage handed down, with good value illnesses and fitness regimen. Liuzijue to respiratory medicines mainly with the action guide for aligning, adjusting interest rates, adjusting the body’s traditional health exercises. In this paper, literature carding Liuzijue illnesses methods and principles, combined with the theory of meridians and acupoints, with literature, teaching experiment, questionnaire, expert interviews to supplement and enrich teaching Qigong·Liu Zi Jue’s technology. Social services for the construction of the National Health and Qigong conducive to better promote and develop.In this paper, Qigong·Liu Zi Jue guidance technology for the content, Capital Institute of Physical management of public utilities of 56 undergraduate students as subjects teaching experiment, the experimental results are summarized and analyzed.The results obtained:1. Health Qigong·Liu Zi Jue words through guided breathing, pronunciation, action, make blood run better in vivo, to dredge main and collateral channels, illnesses and fitness effect. In order to explain the main and collateral channels acupoints in Health Qigong·Liu Zi Jue technology teaching is feasible and effective.2. The analysis and comparison of meridians and acupoints in Health Qigong·Liu Zi Jue teaching technical guide to effective teaching techniques in general. Meridians and acupoints of teaching is feasible, it is worthy form of teaching. It can provide a reference for teaching other fitness exercises help to better communicate and promote fitness regimen exercises.3. Teaching meridians and acupoints, more conducive to students’ understanding and appreciation of Health Qigong·Liu Zi Jue of fitness concepts and fitness principles. Students can not only improve the technical level of exercise, and will use the location of acupoints understand and standardize their technical movements.4.Meridians and acupoints in Health Qigong·Liu Zi Jue technical guidance in teaching to enhance students’ interest in learning degree, stimulated the enthusiasm of independent participation. |
