| In order to better adapt to the characteristics of the game and meet the needs of early childhood development,teachers play a variety of roles in role-playing games and need to switch back and forth between these roles.Proficient preschool teachers are the backbone of teachers,which can effectively promote the value of role-playing games.Therefore,this study focuses on the role transformation of proficient preschool teachers in role-playing games,and aims to explore the ideal state and reasonable path of role transformation of proficient preschool.This study selects a proficient preschool teacher(S teacher)as a case,comprehensively adopts the methods of literature,observation,interview and case study,and presents the overall situation of the role conversion of proficient preschool teachers in the way of qualitative description.and combined with specific game situations and activity examples to make a qualitative analysis of their role conversion behavior.Thus,it refines the typical characteristics and excellent experience of the proficient preschool teacher’s effective role conversion in role-playing games,and finds out the shortcomings and influencing factors of her role conversion,and finally puts forward some supportive suggestions to promote the role conversion of preschool teachers.The results show that the frequency and frequency of role conversion of teacher S are stable,the timing of role conversion is mainly caused by difficulties in children’s games,and most of the triggers of role conversion are triggered by children.at the same time,the typical characteristics of teacher S’s effective role conversion are as follows: defining their own role under the guidance of activity goal,finding the opportunity of conversion on the premise of effective observation,and playing a guiding role on the basis of children’s experience.At the same time,there are some shortcomings in conversion of the teacher’s role: inappropriate timing of conversion of the teacher’s role,weak motivation of active role conversion role and solidification of guidance after role change.the main factors that affect the deficiency of S teacher’s role conversion are the individual factors and the factors of kindergarten.Therefore,based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward some suggestions for promoting the role conversion of preschool teachers as follows:preschool teachers should improve their professional literacy by establishing a scientific concept of play,improving their ability to change roles and enhancing their professional time wisdom.kindergartens should pay more attention to role-playing games,improve teachers training,and increase the utilization and development of role-playing game resources to support the development of role-playing games. |
