Study On The Coupling Coordination Of Labor Force Structure And Industrial Structure Upgrading In Henan Province

China’s economy are in a new stage of "Industrial transformation,Ecological priority and Innovation-driven".Labor force is the cornerstone of reform and development,and the labor force structure restricts the direction,speed and stage of industrial structure upgrading.Upgrading of industrial structure is a key way for the regional economic development.It makes the structure of labor force adjust in space,quality and gender.On the whole,they are not only mutual,more to a certain extent,coupled and coordinated development.Transverse longitudinal comparison that Henan province labor population quality is not high.There is a systematic coupling coordination mechanism between labor force structure and industrial structure upgrading.Henan province coupling of two systems is high,coordination degree progress space is large.The overall development of the three major industries lags behind the country,and the labor force employment structure is unreasonable.Further research shows that the labor supply and demand are uneven within industries in Henan province,and the output efficiency of secondary and tertiary industries is high.The third industry practitioners of slightly lower than the national.The deviation degree of labor force industrial structure varies greatly in different cities.By using the coupling model and coordination degree model,Henan provincial data is compared,and the longitudinal data comparing horizontally around the city,about 2001 to 2018 deep coupling development measurement and analysis.The empirical results that two system around the coupling coordination development in Henan province are not synchronized.The upgrading degree of industrial structure is not the main factor affecting coupling coordination.The overall social educational investment,especially the rural educational investment,has obvious influence on the coupling coordination degree.Overall view that the tertiary industry’s ability to absorb labor is gradually rising,and its development energy is great.Foothold Henan actually,it is recommended that the shift from optimization system,increase investment and ideological understanding of three dimensional improvement.Firstly,strengthen institutional and practical links.The government should introduce relevant policies to deepen exchanges and cooperation among industrial organizations.Secondly,increase the overall educational investment in Henan.Attaches great importance to the coordination of urban and rural areas is lacking rural education funds.And according to the labor force characteristics for industrial upgrading.Finally,we should take strategic view of the third industry,the structure and development of optimizing the structure of economic and social work.
