With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the employment situation for China’s sports postgraduates is becoming more and more severe.In China,physical education is a significant first-level discipline.Its internal contradictions are also gradually intensified,which are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: one is the contradiction between the increasingly saturated employment market and the increasing number of sports postgraduates;the other is the contradiction between the increasing level of the social demand and the shortage of the employment competitiveness from sports postgraduates.Therefore,in respond to the national "double first-class" construction,we need to improve the quality and discipline level of the talent training in universities,and assist university sports postgraduates to be employed smoothly.According to this actual situation,this thesis applies plentiful research methods,including the literature method,questionnaire method,Delphi method,expert interview method,factor analysis method,analytic hierarchy process method,etc.Specifically,taking the sports postgraduates in local universities as the research object,this thesis applies the competency theory,employment theory,Shu Bo’s career development theory and iceberg theory to study the employment competitiveness elements and evaluation for sports postgraduates in ordinary universities from the perspective of "double first-class".The main research findings are as follows:At first,the evaluation index system of the employment competitiveness of sports postgraduates is established.This thesis mainly expounds the questionnaire,interview,and Delphi method,and introduces the construction process of the evaluation index system for the employment competitiveness.Eventually,the evaluation index of the employment competitiveness from sports postgraduates includes the following five first-level indexes:professional ability,fundamental ability,self-development ability,practical ability,and background.Second,the interview method as well as the analytic hierarchy process method is adopted to study the weight of each element from the evaluation index system for the employment competitiveness of sports postgraduates.Ultimately,the weight of the evaluation index for the employment competitiveness of sports postgraduates is established.Third,the current situation of the employment competitiveness from sports postgraduates is analyzed.During the cultivation of sports postgraduates’ employment competitiveness,many problems are as follows: the government system of postgraduates’ employment competitiveness cultivation is not perfect;the university goal of postgraduates’ employment ability cultivation needs to be clarified;the social environment of postgraduates’ employment is not optimized;the postgraduates are short of scientific and unambiguous career planning.This thesis concretely expounds and analyzes the above-mentioned four problems.Fourth,the countermeasure research on the promotion of sports postgraduates’ employment competitiveness is conducted.According to the main problems found in the literature,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this thesis conducts the research from the perspective of the state,society,colleges and students,holding that we should perfect the government’s policy mechanism,and enrich universities’ curriculum design and cultivation system.
