| In 2015,the state issued the "Double First-Class" plan,which proposed to focus on building world-class universities and disciplines.Jiangxi Province also started to build first-class universities and disciplines within the province in time.The construction of "Double First-class" and the cultivation of first-rate talents with problem consciousness are the necessary meaning.The awareness of problems is a characteristic of first-class talents.It is the process of finding,demonstrating and proposing problems that promotes students to constantly improve their knowledge structure and gradually become first-class talents.Based on this,this paper investigates the postgraduate students in 14 "double first-class" universities established in jiangxi province,and discusses the cultivation of postgraduate students’ problem awareness.First of all,this paper introduces the origin of the topic selection and relevant research at home and abroad,and sorts out the concept and extension of problem awareness and talent training.The problem awareness training is divided into five aspects: curriculum setting,teaching methods,social practice,thinking methods and training conditions.Secondly,questionnaires were prepared and distributed in 14 provincial "Double First-class" universities to investigate the problem awareness cultivation of postgraduate students.Data were processed and analyzed,and interviews were conducted to draw conclusions.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the problem analysis.This study survey found that "double top" construction in colleges and universities in jiangxi province is a graduate of problem consciousness training in teaching methods,self-improvement,course content,professional practice aspects there are still part of the problem: the teaching way slightly simplified and self-improvement consciousness is not strong,the course content setting depth and breadth is not enough,less professional practice opportunities.Colleges and universities can improve it by improving the guidance method,optimizing the curriculum setting,perfecting the professional practice and consolidating the resource base.To be specific,one is to focus on classroom learning and optimize knowledge institutions;Second,deepen the cooperation between industry,university and research and improve the management of practice base;Third,explore ways of training,strengthen self-improvement,open and inclusive exchanges and dialogues;Fourth,promote the practice of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and optimize the soft and hard environment for postgraduate training. |
