| In order to develop higher education and build a strong higher education country,China proposed an important strategy of "double first-class"construction in October 2015,and made efforts to strengthen technology transfer as one of its five construction tasks.With the increasing number of scientific and technological achievements produced by universities in China,the conversion rate of achievements is still at a relatively low level,and many problems still need to be resolved in the process of achievement transformation.Under the background of "double first-class" construction and the strategy of strengthening the country with science and technology,the technology transfer in colleges will enter a new stage.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method,case study method and interview method,draws on the research results of the existing relevant literature,and combines the research and analysis of the problems in the scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities,and proposes to perfect the ownership system of the service invention results and design reasonable income Assignment mechanism,specific approaches to optimize the construction of disciplines to strengthen technology transfer,corresponding safeguards.This article takes the subject construction perspective as an entry point,conducts an in-depth study on the status quo of the technology transfer of school A,sorts out the current issues in the technology transfer and analyzes the reasons for its formation.Based on the theory of synergy and life cycle theory,it provides theoretical support for the optimization strategy of the path of technology transfer.The results of this study have an enlightening effect on the management of technology transfer in universities and the development and construction of disciplines,which help to strengthen the industrialization rate of technology transfer in universities and strengthen the benign interaction between disciplines and industries.Use for reference. |
