Research On Education Industry Development Countermeasures In Jilin Province Based On The Evaluation And Promotional Of University’s Scientific And Technological Innovative Capability

The university plays an important role in the national innovation system of science and technology.It is the important technical innovation source. In the" eleven five plan" period, the national task of science and technology, the funds of science and technology and technology innovation base has obvious gathered to some research universities. The evaluation and analysis on the scientific and technical Innovation capability and give the countermeasures to promote scientific and technical innovation capability of university in our country are becoming an extremely important realistic problem.This paper based on the related theory of the innovation ability of science, through constructing the university science and technology innovation evaluation system analyzes the problems and gives promotion countermeasures of university’s scientific and technical innovation capability in Jilin province.In this paper the main contents and achievements are mainly:First, this paper mainly points out the meaning of the thesis. This paper introduces the current research status of science and technology innovation, and puts forward the train of thought.Second, I give the definition and characteristics of educational industry.Third, I give Science and technology innovation ability of the definition and the related theories. This paper defined the meaning of the innovation capability of science and technology, the characteristics, University’s science and technology innovation ability of the elements and technology related theory.Fourth, I construct University’s scientific and technical innovation ability evaluation index system. Establish model selection and reasonable index as University’s scientific and technical innovation ability of the evaluation index.Fifth, through the construction of university’s scientific and technical innovation capability evaluation system, I found out the existing problems of the universities in Jilin province about scientific and technical innovation capability, Including input capability, output capability based ability and three aspects.Sixth, I pointed out the restricting factors of university’s scientific and technical innovation capability in Jilin province, analysis the main factors in science and technology innovation that enhance the ability.Seventh, I give the promotion countermeasures of university’s scientific and technical innovation capability. According to the problems and restricting factors we put forward the promotion countermeasures.
