Research On Social Work Intervention In Life Adaptation Of University Retirees

At present,more and more attention has been paid to the life adaptation of retirees.Their physical and mental health and interpersonal communication are the primary concerns of the state and the government.However,the state and the government are observing from a macro perspective to formulate various policies for retirees after retirement.It is difficult for them to find the specific problems and discomfort of retirees in their daily life from a micro perspective.As a bridge between the government and society,social workers have more significance and responsibilities from the micro perspective.Based on this situation,under the background of the University,this paper studies and intervenes in the life adaptation of University retirees,and explores a new model through specific case service research,so as to construct the life adaptation of University retirees.Based on the advantage perspective theory,through the previous questionnaire survey,this study found that the administrators of University retirees generally have the problem of life adaptation,which is embodied in three aspects: physiology,psychology and behavior.Therefore,the author selects two representative case owners as the research objects of this paper,and uses the professional knowledge and skills of social workers to carry out specific case intervention services for them.In the process of intervention,we should provide specific service measures according to the specific situation of each case owner,pay attention to the specific requirements of each case owner in time,and take exploring the advantages and efficiency of the case owner as the primary goal.At the same time,we should pay attention to the relationship between the case owner and his family and society,promote the case owner to carry out new social exchanges and not stick to his inherent life.According to the case service mode design of College retirees’ life adaptation,the author also constructs a new life adaptation mode.From the perspective of individual,family relationship and social interaction,the author makes a new construction of College retirees’ life adaptation in an orderly way,so as to better adapt to the life after retirement!...
