The Study Of Innovative Engineering Talents Training Pattern

Vocational and teachers training colleges are specific for educating vocationalteachers, the goal is letting the students with the normal, professional and skillfulcharacteristics. The thesis is based on electronics majoring students of TianjinUniversity of Technology and Education (TUTE), points out the problems ofinnovative students training at vocational and teachers training colleges and itsreasons, through analysis from both the talent demand of vocational schools andelectrical companies and the personnel training situation of TUTE. The starting pointand the foothold of this research is that in order to educate innovative people, theinnovative people cultivating system must be built up.This thesis focuses on the intension of innovative talent and the research of talentcultivating system building, expounds the basic connotation and principle ofinnovative talent cultivating system, comes up with a5+3innovative talentcultivating system inspired by CDIO-oriented engineering curriculum, based on theinnovation ability needs of the trainee, vocational schools and electrical companies.This thesis provides for colleges especially vocational and teachers training collegesto build their own innovative talent cultivating system as reference.This researchmainly launches the elaboration from the following five aspects: training objective,training pattern, training curriculum, teaching processes and training qualityevaluation, identifies targets of vocational colleges training objective, designs atraining patterns named To educate in large classification, to start with small classand a CDIO-oriented curriculum; provides a four-in-one guided, project-basedintegrated education system, brings quality evaluation methods based on the cycle ofPDCA, completely establishes an innovative talent cultivating system. In the end, thisthesis gives results and some advice of innovative talent cultivating systemimplementation from environment supporting and management reform.
