Since the reform and opening up,in response to the structural adjustment of China’s labor market,flexible employment has gradually become a major form of employment in China.In recent years,with the gradual maturity of the "Internet plus" mode and the rapid development of the shared economy,a new flexible employment mode,which is covered by various industries,has emerged,namely,Internet platform based flexible employment mode.DiDi,as a representative enterprise of flexible employment based on the Internet platform,integrates the resources of idle vehicles by relying on the Internet big data technology,and provides flexible reemployment opportunities for a series of groups with reemployment difficulties,such as the unemployed,de-productive workers and veterans,with a lower entry threshold,which fully plays the role of employment buffer and has made a certain contribution to alleviate the unemployment problem and stabilize the development of labor market.However,in the process of the development of the Internet platform based flexible employment mode under the new industry state,there are inevitably many problems.Through the analysis of the employment status of DiDi’s flexible employment personnel,we can reflect the development status and existing problems of flexible employment in China to a certain extent.In this paper,DiDi express drivers are investigated by questionnaire as a flexible employment group,and their personal basic information and employment situation are investigated,so as to obtain their current employment stability and various factors affecting their employment stability.And through the data collected from the questionnaire survey,logistic binary regression analysis is carried out to analyze the degree of the influencing factors of the respondents’ employment stability,so as to further understand the demands of the Internet platform type flexible employment personnel for employment represented by DiDi express drivers.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to try to solve the problems existing in the development process of flexible employment under the new industry state,so as to strengthen the employment stability of flexible employment personnel,stabilize social employment,and promote the rapid development of China’s economy.
