| School-based teaching research has become a normal activity in primary and secondary schools,emphasizing on giving full play to the autonomy and creativity of teachers,promoting the development of students and schools while improving the ability of teachers’ education and teaching research.At present,each school carries out their own school-based teaching and research activities based on their own actual situation.So what is the reality of school-based teaching and research? What are the problems in school-based teaching research? This study uses qualitative research paradigm,taking the X primary school-based teaching research in Chongzhou city as the research object,through non participation observation,interview and text analysis,the paper analyzes the development of school-based teaching and research activities,and explores the problems existing in school-based teaching research.This paper includes four parts: the first chapter includes the origin of research,definition of concept,domestic and international research and research design on school-based teaching research;the second chapter describes the status quo of X primary school-based teaching research.on the one hand,it presents the activities of X primary school-based teaching and research.On the other hand,we interviewed teachers on the observed problems,and used the words "teacher participation","teaching research content","teacher interaction" and "practice after teaching and research" to reflect the problems existing in the process of school-based teaching research;chapter three mainly uses the relevant theoretical knowledge of pedagogy to analyze the reasons behind the problems;chapter four,based on the emerging schools the question of teaching and research,explores the return path of school-based teaching and research.The research finds that x primary school has carried out a variety of school-based teaching and research activities,to some extent,promoting the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research,and making the prosperity of X primary school-based teaching and research.But there are some problems behind the prosperity,such as the formalization of teachers’ participation in school-based teaching and research,the subject of teaching and research determined by the superior,the passive development of the school,the arbitrary process of listening to the class,and the examination and inspection of coping;the teaching and research content focuses on Teachers’ teaching,in the process of evaluation,the guidance of refinement,the neglect of the nature of teaching fuzziness and uncertainty,hinders the creation of teachers’ teaching The creative and generative development;the interaction between teachers and research is one-way,there is discourse hegemony of professional and administrative authority;the practicality after teaching and research is not strong,so it is difficult for teachers to apply the teaching and research harvest to daily teaching practice.The constraints of instrumental rationality,the restriction of school management and the dislocation of teachers’ Utilitarian psychology have caused the hidden worries of X primary school-based teaching and research activities.In order to promote the prosperity of school-based teaching and research better,we can build a school-based teaching and research culture with people-oriented and life value promotion.In value orientation,we can take into account instrumental rationality and value rationality,grasp the tension between teachers’ autonomy and external constraints under the regulated management and improve the material conditions of school-based teaching research;increase teachers’ self identification and integrity,open themselves while opening up themselves And actively communicate with other teachers,experts and scholars,establish cooperative co-workers relationship,and finally realize the poetic life of teachers living in this educational environment. |
