Case-based teaching has become a scientific and effectiveteaching method in current society. In order to further play itspositive role, the paper has discussed the combination of threestudies-the features of Case-based teaching,the features ofcollege students andthe features of Enterprise Management.First of all,the related concept about Case-based teachingwas defined in the paper. On the basis of Analysis of the theoreticalbasis of diversity,the paper has taken Enterprise Management coursefor Example and investigated the feasibility of case-based teachingin the collegeMeanwhile, On the basis of practice that author who wasteaching the students majored Business Management in EnterpriseManagement course in Guizhou Normal College’s Institute ofpolitics and economy. The author has worked out the learningperformance, the report of discussion about case in order toimprove the student’s self-confidence.In the end, the paper has analyzed and discussed thequestionnaire, and the statistical scale and drawn the conclusionthat Case-based teaching is beneficial to improve students’effectof knowledge building and teachers and students’ability. On thecontrary the limitation of it is Case-based teaching can notcompletely replace theory teaching,and the requirement to teachersand students are high. Therefore, the teacher must make sure theratio of theoretical and Case-based teaching in the teaching,meanwhile improve their professional quality,in order to improvethe application about Case-based teaching in EnterpriseManagement.
