With the rapid development of China’ s socialist economy,the traditional manufacturing industry is also constantly innovating,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.So talents in an enterprise,will become particularly important.I n order to cultivate and retain excellent talents and promote the development of the corrpany and the enterprise,enterprises pay more and more attention to the training of employees.Most flowers enterprises is now in the country has carried out the training work,although h company is the country of origin of the flowers production and sales enterprises,in order to promote the development of the company better,also pay more and more attention to the training,in terms of current flowers enterprise training results,however,there are some problems,such as weak pertinence training,employee participation enthusiasm is not high,and so on,all of these conditions for training the expected effect,hinder the smooth progress in the training,also hindering the company’ s long-term development.Based on the above problems,this paper corrbined with the status quo of H company for investigation and analysis,mainly analyzes the composition of H company’ s personnel,the current training status,analysis of the current problems in the training of sales staff.From further improved the sales staff on-the-job training courses targeted and scientific nature,as the main starting point is established based on the theory of post competency force,sales staff ability quality model,the application of related theory of competence and training theory,based on post competency suitable for h company sales staff training course of development,put forward the corresponding problem solution,build the training course system has carried on the training effect evaluation feedback at the same time,through the feedback mechanism of the revised curriculum content. |
