With the rapid development of basketball,the rhythm of offense and defense is accelerating.In high-intensity and fierce confrontation,only with good physical fitness can you play your due level.Rapid expansion and contraction compound training is an effective way to develop speed,through eccentric-centripetal contraction.,In the shortest possible time to make the muscles explode the maximum strength,improve the speed of action.The development of youth basketball is the basic guarantee for the future level of basketball development,and it is also the foundation of basketball for the future to become a sports power.This article uses basketball’s specific speed as the starting point.The experimental subjects select male basketball players aged 13-15 to analyze the effects of rapid expansion and contraction training and traditional resistance training on the specific movement speed of young basketball players.This study adopts literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to explore the effect of rapid expansion and contraction compound training on the special movement speed of 13-15 year-old basketball players.The youth training team of Rizhao Feilong Basketball Club is randomly divided into experimental subjects.Two groups,18 people in the experimental group and 18 people in the control group.The experimental group uses fast-stretching compound training,the experimental group uses traditional resistance training,training2 times a week,30 minutes each time,after 12 weeks of training,the following results are obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of fast-stretching compound training,the experimental group performed a 20 m sprint run,a 4×6m turnback run,a triangle slide,a four-line turnback run,a full-court dribble layup,and a full-court comprehensive dribble 6 Among the indicators,the results after the experiment showed a significant improvement(p<0.05),and there was no significant improvement in the index scores of the 10 m sprint(p>0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of traditional strength training,the control group showed a significant improvement in the four speed indicators of 4×6m reentry running,triangle sliding step,four-line reentry running and full court comprehensive dribble(p<0.05),There was no significant improvement in the indexes of 10 m,20m sprint and full-court dribble layup(p>0.05).(3)The comparison between the groups after the experiment showed that the experimental group had significant differences with the control group in the indicators of 20 m sprint run,4×6m reentry run,triangle slide,four-line reentry run,and full court dribble layup(p< 0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups in the overall dribble index(p<0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)Both rapid expansion and contraction compound training and traditional strength training can increase the athlete’s specific basketball movement speed,but the rapid expansion and contraction compound training has a better effect.(2)The rapid expansion and contraction compound training and traditional strength training have no significant improvement in the 10 m sprint run,but the rapid expansion and contraction compound training is significantly better than the traditional strength training in the improvement effect of the 20 m sprint run.(3)The rapid expansion and contraction compound training is significantly better than the traditional strength training in the continuous reentry running,especially in the short-distance reentry running.(4)The fast-stretching compound training has a significantly better effect on full-court dribbling and layup than traditional strength training,but on full-court comprehensive dribbling,there is no significant difference between the two training methods.
