Rapid strength as a form of power is essential for most sports.Sprint is a kind of ultimate strength of track and field competitions,the requirements under condition of anaerobic metabolism,skilled technique,running all the way,in the shortest possible time needed by the good fast strength as the foundation,the fast strength level of the athletes put forward very high requirements.The development of sports science,the disadvantages of some traditional resistance training began to emerge,the introduction of rapid expansion composite training abroad,and in some of the effect of training practice,especially in the area of strength increase.Therefore,this article mainly through the experiment research rapid expansion composite effect of the impact of sprinters fast strength training,provide a sprinter strength rising rapidly with a new method.In this paper,the rapid expansion combined training is used to improve the fast strength of sprinters as the research object,and the expert interview method,literature data method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method are adopted.To shanxi normal university sports institute sprint team boys 12 students as experimental object,according to the special and the performance is divided into the experimental group and control group each 6 people,respectively,with rapid expansion composite training and traditional resistance training,after the 12-week experiment,test and contrast experiment medium(6 weeks)and performance change after the experiment.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The control group at 12 weeks after experiment,special speed indicators in stand of 30 m and 60 m,the special strength index in the standing long jump,triple jump,jump tenth level and vertical jump to touch high,and other special target on 10 s in situ high leg lifts and after a solid sphere,etc.,through the t test between the group concluded that p values< 0.05,explain the differences before and after the experiment,through the traditional resistance training after the control has a significant increase in rapid strength;2.The experimental group after 12 weeks of rapid expansion composite training,special speed up in 30 m and 60 m,special forces in the standing long jump,triple jump,jump tenth level and vertical jump to touch high,and other special target after a solid sphere and 10 s in situ high leg lifts,etc.,through experiments in the way of t test p values < 0.05,suggesting that the same differences before and after the experiment,the rapid expansion composite training can effectively improve sprinter rapid strength;3.Comparison between the control group and the experimental group was conducted in the middle of the experiment,and the p-value < 0.05 was obtained from the special strength standing jump index,and there was no difference between the other indexes in the middle of the experiment.After the experiment through comparison between the experimental group and control group,the stand of 30 m and 60 m,standing long jump,triple jump,high vertical jump to touch,after a solid sphere(p < 0.05,suggesting that there are differences between the experimental group and control group.At the same time,the two indexes,namely,grade 10 jump and 10 s,were raised in the same place,and the two indexes,p > 0.05,were not different after the experiment.It is further explained that traditional resistance training and rapid expansion compound training can effectively improve strength level,but the effect of rapid expansion compound training is better than that of traditional resistance training.4.Through the experimental group and control group in the 100 m after the experiment result comparison analysis shows that p < 0.05 illustrates the differences in the100 m after the experiment results,the experimental group after rapid expansion composite training special grade better than the control group,100 m shows that rapid expansion composite training can effectively improve the 100 m.
