Left-behind children are a special vulnerable group with industrialization and urbanization.The parents’ family role is absent for a long time,and the grandparents take care of the children.Because of its long-term lack of parental care and family education,while yearning for family,it will also produce resentment towards parents and dissatisfaction with their ancestors,which will easily produce negative emotions such as inferiority complex and lack of self-efficacy.The level of ancestral culture is generally low,the resources they can obtain are less,the ability of left-behind children to seek support is poor,it is easy to produce problems such as weariness of learning,communication obstacles,and serious behavior deviant,which is not conducive to their healthy growth.This study is based on the Y community social work service project,takes the next generation education left-behind children as the research object,through the psychological elasticity scale(CD-RISC)investigation analysis,through the data analysis and the semi-structured interview,It is found that the difficulties include poor academic performance and lack of initiative in learning.In the face of these practical problems,this study based on the theory of advantage perspective,self-efficacy theory and social support theory,targeted use of group work methods to improve the level of stress resistance of grand-parenting left-behind children.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the resilience of grand-parenting left-behind children: first,to form a multi-party joint effort of individuals,families,schools,communities and society,and to perfect the long-term anti-reverse capacity building system of grand-parenting left-behind children;second,to enhance individual resilience,which is manifested in cultivating positive personality,promoting positive integration into the environment and paying attention to emotional regulation;third,to enhance the resilience of support networks,including family support,school support,community support and social support.In order to better serve the healthy growth of children left behind in the next generation education in the future,and provide a reference for their stress tolerance cultivation.
