Research On Social Work Embedded In Community Construction Model

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that the goal of "significantly improving social governance,especially grassroots social governance" should be achieved during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.Premier Li Keqiang advocated vigorously developing social work and cultivating social work talents in the "2021 Government Work Report".At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen social governance and innovate social governance methods.Community governance is the basic work of social governance,and community building is an innovative form of community governance.It embeds social work in community building,explores a scalable community building model,and realizes the sustainable development of the community and the active interaction of residents.With the development of urbanization and modernization,the "acquaintance society" has gradually been weakened.In the community,problems such as indifference between neighbors,weak sense of belonging to the community,insufficient sense of community responsibility,and insufficient use of the community’s public space to meet the needs of residents have appeared in the community.As a new type of community governance model,community building in this article aims to gradually improve residents’ sense of community participation and negotiation ability by organizing and encouraging residents to express their needs,inspiring residents’ sense of community responsibility and ownership,and ultimately realizing residents’ negotiation,autonomy and building a better life.The goal of life.This article takes the X community in Q city as an example.Based on the experience of community building in Chinese Taiwan,Japan,the United States,the United Kingdom and other places,through the practice in the X community in Q city,three types of community building models are analyzed and summarized: deep social work The grassroots community-based community building model,the government’s purchase of social work services to promote the community building model,and the social work organization to promote the community building model.While exploring the positive role of social work embedded in the three community building models,it also reflects on the shortcomings of the construction process from the three aspects of social workers,community residents and social work organizations and how to solve them,so as to promote social work to be better embedded in community construction.And provide a model that can be used for reference for the construction of social work in other regions embedded in the community.The introduction is divided into five aspects,namely the research background,purpose,significance,relevant research results at home and abroad,theoretical basis,concept definition and research design;then,the author discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work embedded in the community building model.Next,the author takes the X community in Q city as an example,analyzes three types of community building models,sums up experience,conducts reflections,and makes suggestions for improvement.Finally,the author summarized the shortcomings of this paper and discussed the future research directions.
