As an important place for the masses to carry out physical fitness activities and an important economic component of the sports industry,commercial fitness clubs are playing an indelible positive role in both social and economic aspects of their vigorous development.Against the background of the major social contradictions in the new era of China,unbalanced and inadequate development is the main problem in the current social development.Meanwhile,with the increasingly fierce competition for talents,the research on the human resource management of fitness clubs in small and medium-sized cities becomes very necessary.This study through the literature material law,collect sports club,human resource management,incentives and other related theory,through the interview method,questionnaire survey method to study the status quo in HaiNing fitness club of human resource management,through mathematical statistics combined with the six modules of human resource management,"Porter-Lawler integrated incentive model" analysis of the problems in HaiNing fitness club and Suggestions are put forward.The statistical analysis shows that: 1.The proportion of highly educated employees is not high.2.The proportion of employees majoring in sports is very low.3.Employees of different genders,degrees,majors and positions have slightly different satisfaction with HRM.4.The degree of dissatisfaction in the salary management is the highest.5.Among the factors that affect the efficiency,employees are most dissatisfied with "work load" and "process and standardization of the club system".Therefore put forward the following Suggestions: pay attention to employee career management,standardize the recruitment process,training methods,to strengthen communication and constantly improve the system of performance,fair and just principles through each link of human resource management,design have more incentive to work,we will focus on developing compensation management and performance management,improve the level of education the proportion of employees,attaches great importance to the employees' professional background.
