Cram schools of China was on the condition of barbarous growth during the last20 years.By the effect of the officialdom is the natural outlet for good scholars which spread thousands of years,millions of parents trying their best to find better educational resources for their children.However,unequal of the educational resources in the education system made parents had to seek solutions of quality education from marketplace.This environment gave birth to a large number of large-scale extracurricular training institutions like New Oriental,TAL Education Group and EF International Language Schools and thousands of small and medium sized institutions.Undeniably,the capability improvement of extra learning time beyond eight hours has been solved to a large extent by the development of these institutions,but owing to different levels of practitioners’ ability,high wastage rate of core talents and imperfect industry supervision,extracurricular training market was widely criticized for a long time.As a sunrise industry,there are not much systematic academic research for the billions of pounds market at home and abroad.From the perspective of managers,there are too many rules and unknown territories to explore.This thesis takes the XY company where author worked for as typical of micro-extracurricular training institutions to the purpose of dealing with brain drain.At first,sorting and summarizing correlation theories by careful study of massive literatures at home and abroad and seeking research findings for realism in the light of the reasons of brain drain.Adapting the methods of documentary analysis to set up the link between micro-company’s brain drain and micro-extracurricular training institutions’ current situation.Focus on the intersection parts of basic thinking and make the as the style or manner of writing.Secondly,analyzing the causes of brain drain of XY company respectively from the current situations of structure,practitioners’ age structure,salary and remuneration,corporate culture construction and market prospect.Specific methods are from Mark and Simon model,seeing the whole as a part and studying the market from individual case by analyzing thoroughly the large amount of industry date.Achieving the final strategy by combining the macro requirement of market environment,policy-systems,employment concept of graduates,salary requirement and microcosmic factors such as company current situation,personal expectation,characteristics of working age and personality,occupation prospect.Finally,combined with the countermeasures of this paper to make reasonable predictions for the future development of millions of micro extracurricular training institutions.Pointing out these possible obstacles and analyzing these deficiencies on the whole and making preparation to possible difficulties. |
