Fujian Sports College Entrance Examination Training Based On SERVQUAL Modelresearch On Institutional Service Quality

Under the background of national strategy,the rising of national fitness and the rapid development of the sports industry,sports training as an important component of the sports industry has ushered in important opportunities for development.A large number of sports college entrance examination training institutions came into being,and the resulting management and standard issues of sports college entrance examination training have also attracted increasing social attention.Due to the particularity of the training object,to some extent,the quality of the quality of the physical education college entrance examination training is closely related to the selection of college physical education professionals and the training quality of physical education professionals.This paper makes use of literature data,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,interview and questionnaire survey to study the service quality of the sports college entrance examination training institution in Fujian province.Firstly,it makes a preliminary exploration on the connotation of the service quality elements of the college entrance examination sports training institution by taking root theory.On this basis,based on the theoretical framework of the SERVQUAL model,a questionnaire was compiled from five dimensions: tangible,reliable,guaranteed,safe,and empathy,and the quality of service problems of the sports college entrance examination training institutions in Fujian Province was investigated and analyzed.Finally,according to the existing problems,a targeted strategy was proposed.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)The teacher composition of Fujian Sports College Entrance Examination Training Institution is basically four types of full-time coaches,part-time coaches,course consultants and technical consultants.Among them,the course consultant is mainly responsible for the development of course resources,and the technical advisor mainly provides professional technical guidance for on-site training.There are three main types of venues: long-term leasing,short-term leasing,and guerrilla "rubbing" public sports venues.Most of the institutions have applied for a formal business license,which is legal,and individual training institutions do not have the legal qualifications to carry out sports training.(2)The in-depth interview data of 10 students of Fujian Sports College Entrance Examination Training Institute were explored in depth theory,and some elements of the quality of service of sports college entrance examination training institutions were extracted and summarized into five dimensions: reliability,material,guarantee,empathy,and safety.Among them,students pay more attention to the three aspects of reliability,material,and guarantee.Trainers 'professionalism,achievements,scientific training and organization,venue equipment and accommodation environment are the common concerns of the students.(3)The descriptive statistical analysis of the service quality of Fujian Sports College Entrance Examination Training Institutions shows that: On the average,the "coaches have the necessary theoretical knowledge and professional skills" index score the highest,and the "reasonable training fees are charged" score is lower.The average score of the overall factor was as high as 4.13 points(Richter's 5-point questionnaire),reflecting the generally good evaluation of the training institution.Standard deviation: "professional team doctors and rehabilitation teams","reasonable training fees are charged","no fees other than all tuition fees","professional psychology teachers to strengthen student psychological counseling","purchase complete safety and security for students",etc..The standard deviation of the index is large,which reflects the obvious difference in the candidate's perception of the above indicators.In terms of peaks,the students 'views on the indicators of "ensuring the intensity of training control density" and "often organizing sports experts to come to guide" are relatively consistent.In the aspect of bias,there are great differences in the evaluation of the indicators such as "classification of students at all levels to make them clearer" and "coach initiative and parent communication feedback".(4)The difference in service quality of the Fujian Provincial Institute of Physical Education College Entrance Examination shows that there is no significant gender difference in service quality as a whole,indicating that students of different genders have converged on the quality of service evaluation of the physical education college entrance examination training institutions;The significant differences in the quality of service in the region mainly come from fees,education and logistics;There are many significant differences in the quality of service in schools,including cultural education,teacher strength,daily training methods,and logistical support.(5)The analysis of the regression model found that the parents 'education level,training satisfaction,training institution's brand reputation,and student's family income had a significant impact on the quality of service.The dependent family income,parental education and dependent variables showed negative correlation.In other words,the higher the family income and the parent's education level,the lower the perception of the service quality,reflecting that the participants with a better family background have higher requirements for the teaching and management of training institutions.Self-variable branding and satisfaction are positively related to the quality of service due to variable quality,suggesting that Fujian Sports College Entrance Examination training institutions should pay attention to the construction of corporate brands,and should also improve the hardware conditions of venue venues and strengthen the management level to enhance the overall satisfaction of participants.Then improve the overall quality of service evaluation.
