Research On The Reproductive Behavior Of Professional Women Of Childbearing Age In Xi’an Under The Background Of Low Fertility Rate

At present,China’s fertility rate has significantly decreased,and the demographic dividend has gradually faded,resulting in the increasingly serious aging of the population,labor shortage,gender imbalance and other problems,which have brought a huge crisis and challenge to the long-term development of China’s population.Open two child policy in China in 2016,our country was born population and the birth rate rise but not fall trends,visible effects of child-bearing age women’s reproductive behavior is no longer simply encourage birth policy,the current our country the fertility problems faced by professional women of childbearing age,fertility intentions and fertility behavior shows how the development situation of and the solution of the problem to the research,The research is particularly important in the context of low birth and low fertility.Taking Xi ’an City as an example,this paper randomly distributed questionnaires to professional women who have not given birth or who have given birth to one or two children in the way of questionnaire survey,to investigate the influencing factors of reproductive willingness and reproductive behavior of professional women of childbearing age.The survey data were collected,and the questionnaire was processed and analyzed by SPSS 23.0.Based on the reliability and validity analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis of the questionnaire,multiple regression analysis was conducted with fertility intention as the dependent variable and demography,fertility cost factor,social security factor,family support factor and fertility risk factor as the independent variable.The research conclusions are as follows: having one child is the ideal reproductive choice for professional women of childbearing age;having boys and girls alike is the best reproductive gender preference for professional women of childbearing age;25-29 years old is the ideal reproductive age for women;3-5 years old is the age interval when women are willing to have two children.Demographic factors and the significance of xi ’an career women of child-bearing age childbearing willing,childbearing cost factors and xi ’an career women of childbearing age are negatively related fertility intentions,social security factors and xi ’an career women of child-bearing age fertility intentions positively correlated relationship,family support and xi’an career women of child-bearing age fertility intentions positively correlated relationship,There was a negative correlation between fertility risk factors and fertility intention of professional women of childbearing age in Xi ’an.Therefore,measures to improve the fertility intention and behavior of professional women of childbearing age in China include the following suggestions: First,increase the strength of national policy support,multiple measures to support fertility;The second is to improve the construction of birth security system and build a friendly birth environment;Third,to advocate the concept of co-parenting between husband and wife,and strive to create a harmonious atmosphere;Fourth,the comprehensive popularization of fertility related knowledge,effectively avoid the risk of parenting.In order to provide reference for professional women of childbearing age to construct a friendly childbearing environment and further improve the level of childbearing in China.
