Research On The Subject Accomplishment Of Graduate Students In The Discipline Of Marxist Theory

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has opened up a new realm of Sinicization of Marxism,and put forward higher requirements for the research and innovation of Marxist theory.To do a good job in high-level theoretical research,we must build a high-level research team.Graduate students of Marxist theory are the reserve force and valuable talents of the research team of Marxist theory.Therefore,it is an important task to speed up the construction of Marxist discipline to improve the discipline quality of Marxist theory graduate students and cultivate high-quality Marxist theory research talents.Since the establishment of the first-class discipline of Marxist theory,great progress has been made in the personnel training system and training mode in China.However,due to the lack of undergraduate majors and the large number of interdisciplinary enrollment of graduate students,there are still some problems in the Postgraduate Quality of Marxist theory,such as the lack of learning Marxist classics and the grasp of the party’s theory and policy;the lack of interdisciplinary enrollment There are some problems in the connection of talent training levels of disciplines,such as the weakening of Marxist theory propaganda and education ability,the weak emotion towards Marxism,and the lack of loyalty to disciplines.Based on these problems,this paper aims to promote the improvement of the quality of the graduate students of Marxist theory,taking the quality of the graduate students of Marxist theory as the research object,from the perspective of Ideological and political education,through the method of investigation and research,to comprehensively understand the current situation of the cultivation of the quality of the graduate students of Marxist theory,and find out the reasons for the lack of the cultivation of the quality of the graduate students From the perspective of improving the quality of graduate selection,optimizing the education system,creating a good academic ecology and self-education of graduate students of Marxist theory,this paper finds out the countermeasures to improve the discipline quality of graduate students of Marxist theory.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which mainly discusses the research purpose and significance of this paper,and comprehensively analyzes the views and views on the discipline literacy of graduate students of Marxist theory at home and abroad.After learning from the research results of many authors,the innovation of this paper is extracted.The second chapter defines the basic concepts of literacy,discipline literacy and the discipline literacy of the graduate students of Marxist theory,and defines the literacy that the graduate students of Marxist theory should have.They should have a firm belief in Marxism and form a positive discipline emotion;they should have the practical ability to analyze and explain problems by using the Marxist world outlook methodology,and cultivate the ability to solve problems It is necessary to establish discipline self-confidence through abundant knowledge reserve,and also to dabble in and learn the extended knowledge of related disciplines;it is necessary to have the quality of innovation and scientific research creativity.The third chapter is about the problems and research of Marxist theory graduate students’ academic literacy.The analysis shows that Marxist theory graduate students’ academic emotion is insufficient;their academic knowledge reserve is weak;their academic thinking to respond to practical problems needs to be improved;and their scientific research and innovation ability to make bold breakthroughs is lacking.The fourth chapter is the cultivation path of Marxist theory graduate students’ academic literacy.This paper puts forward the path to cultivate the discipline quality of the graduate students of Marxist theory from four aspects: building a solid foundation,innovating ways,strengthening the subject and activating the object.
