The Research On The Self-Discipline Consciousness Of Chinese Undergraduates Currently

College students,as future builders and successors of the country,have always been the focus of the party and the state,in order to meet the needs of education reform in the new era,improve the comprehensive quality of college students,attach importance to and cultivate the self-discipline consciousness of college studentshas become an important goal of moral construction of college and the primary task of student management.Based on the current situation of college students' self-discipline consciousness,this paper sorts out some problems of college students due to the lack of self-discipline consciousness,analyze them and find the reasons,then put forward the effective ways and methods of cultivating self-discipline consciousness of college students.Through these studies,we hope to perfect the situation of college studentslack of self-discipline consciousness and improve their self-discipline consciousness,so as to further perfect the demonstration of university's ideological and moral construction theory.In the first part,the author defines the relevant concepts such as self-discipline,and analyzes the relevant content of Chinese Marxist's theory about moral construction morality.Combined with the theory of "self-discipline" in Chinese traditional culture,this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the moral self-discipline consciousness of contemporary universities.The second part,through the form of university students questionnaire,analyzes the present situation of college students' self-discipline consciousness,and give examples of the most prominent problems,such as,college students' learning self-discipline,time management self-discipline,ethics and integrity,self-discipline of life consumption,network moral civilization and so on.The third part,analyzing that there are two reasons for the lack of self-discipline consciousness in college students,Subjective aspect,(1)Depend to much on the others,(2)Lack of self-discipline consciousness in self-cognition ability,(3)Lack of education consciousness in consumption view,(4)Family education was ignored.The last part,aiming at various problems of lacking of self-discipline consciousness of college students,this paper puts forwardfour major aspects of specific countermeasures,in order to cultivate the self-discipline consciousness of contemporary college students.
