The Study Of The Subject Structure And Subject Level Of Postgraduate Education In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Discipline as a platform for the postgraduate education and scientific research has a far-reaching significance on high-quality postgraduate training. Subject structure and subject level are tow key indicators of discipline construction. With the changes in the economic structure and the development of socity, subject structure and discipline level will become increasingly representative of the reasonablity and level of postgraduate education. Practice has proved that reasonable subjects structure and high level of discipline will help graduate education to cultivate more talented people whoes adapt to the needs of economic development.On the foundation of specific data imformation, the article focuses on subjects structure and subject level of postgraduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The article elaborates the status quo of graduate education, analyses the problems of postgraduate education from subject structure to subject quality, make reason and countermeasures analysis. The measures about coordinating subject sturcture is bulding more two-scale disciplines, guiding the restructuring of subjects according to economic development and optimizing the subject structure of postgraduate education. Measures about increasing subject level includes that government paying more attention to graduate education, colleges clear their disciplines'position, strengthening building of key disciplines, using macroeconomic policy to guide and enhance the competitiveness of the autonomous region's graduate education, establishing and improving the mechanism of discipline assess system.
