Research On The Integration Of "Old Tibetan Spirit" Into The Ideological And Political Education In Tibetan Universities

The "Old Tibetan Spirit" was born in the early days of Tibet’s peaceful liberation in the 1950 s and 1960 s.Is an important part of the red culture of Tibet.It is a calling card of the Tibetan ethnic spirit.It is a strong spiritual pillar for building a new socialist Tibet.General Secretary Xi Jinping urged Tibetan officials to carry forward the "Old Tibetan Spirit".In the work,to lack of oxygen do not lack of spirit,hard not afraid of hardship,a higher altitude realm.The educational value of "Old Tibetan Spirit" is highly consistent with the training goal of ideological and political education for college students,and plays a positive role in shaping college students’ personality and improving their ideological and moral cultivation,it is an important educational resource in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in Tibet.On the basis of the theoretical study of "Old Tibet Spirit",Taking the educational value of "Old Tibetan Spirit" educational resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the breakthrough point,According to the particularity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Tibet and the characteristics of educational objects,This paper comprehensively analyzes the achievements and existing problems of "Old Tibetan Spirit" education in Tibetan colleges and universities.By strengthening classroom teaching,establishing the concept of "three whole education",creating a spiritual education environment,enriching the form of "second classroom" and other countermeasures,We will strengthen spiritual education and guidance,and give full play to the role of Tibetan colleges and universities in comprehensive education,In this way,the pertinence and effectiveness of "Old Tibetan Spirit" education in Tibetan colleges and universities can be improved.
