Research On The Human Resource Support System Of Y National Tourism Resort Based On High Quality Development

China’s economy has entered a stage of high quality development.Implementation of high quality in the field of tourism development,solve the problem between the needs of tourists and tourism supply imbalance,is one of the important means to satisfy people’s increasing needs of a better life.To achieve high-quality development of the tourism industry,it requires improving quality and efficiency,achieving coordinated development and green development,and create an all-win environment for consumers,businesses and tourist destinations.The study of human resources in the context of high-quality development of Y tourism resort has important theoretical significance and practical reference for solving the problem of human resources supporting the development of tourism resort.The research content of this paper is to combine the background and connotation of high-quality development,take Y national tourism resort as the research object,and use SPSS software,questionnaire survey,social network and semantic analysis as tools.This paper analyzes the structural imbalance of human resources in Y national tourism resort,the lack of staffs of new business forms,the need to strengthen the awareness of staff reception,and extensive human resources management.On this basis,the design of expert survey and tourist survey for analysis and discussion.Based on Likert scale data analysis results,build the Y national tourism resort human resources support system.The system includes enterprise support system,employee support system,government support system and industrial environment support system with internal and external support system as the main aspects.Finally,based on the enterprise support system,employee support system,government support system and industrial environment support system,corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the high-quality development of Y tourism resort.
