| Over 30-year of reform and opening, especially the past 10-year of the development in the West Regions, economic development in Shaanxi Province had a rapid growth and total economic output reached new steps continuously. GDP has doubled to reach 1 trillion yuan in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period. Total economic output is expected to double again in the next five years, exceeded 2 trillion yuan. In the "Troika" of promoting economic growth, the investment contributed more than 60% in the total and the construction of major projects has been the most important factor to support the province's economic development.In the next five years, Shaanxi Province will promote the "National Ordos Energy Base" to construct Northern region, speed up the constriction of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone, promote the breakthrough in Southern region, reach a new level in the development of new rural construction and make a considerable progress in energy industry, chemical industry, equipment manufacturing, high technology, tourism, culture and modern logistics. Project lead is the engine of economic growth in Shaanxi Province. In the next five years, the successful implementation and operation of major projects will have an important leading role in the province's economic and social development. As the core of project support, the role of human resources will be increasingly important, so it is also urgent to build the human resource support system.This article, based on the studies in the talent supply and demand of major projects, analyse problems in the process of constructing the human resource support system in current major projects in our province and propose the core and direction of the human resource support system in the construction of major projects which can provide ideas in the construction of human resource support system, make sure the construction of major projects implement successfully and promote economic development in our province healthily,steadily and rapidly. |
