| In recent years,China’s economy has continued to grow,and the vitality of the real economy has been constantly released,giving rise to a social boom in innovation and entrepreneurship.Under this upsurge,a number of small and medium-sized enterprises have emerged,which play a pivotal role in China’s economic development.More enterprises mean more positions that can be provided by enterprises.According to the survey report,the majority of accounting graduates from secondary vocational schools work in small,medium and micro enterprises.Drived by the economy,the society is progressing step by step.In order to keep up with the pace of social development,the fledging enterprises have to adapt their management level to the society.Therefore,even for the accounting positions of small and medium-sized enterprises,the skill demands of accountants are changing constantly.In the past,accounting positions only required simple economic business recording and accounting skills.In addition to mastering these basic skills,accounting practitioners now need to be skilled in using financial software under the background of the Internet and familiar with economic law,tax law and other knowledge,and more importantly,they need comprehensive professional quality.In current secondary vocational schools,the original curriculum system of accounting major is no longer enough to cope with the ever-changing market demand,thus forming the imbalance between supply and demand of accounting graduates.Therefore,in order to output comprehensive and all-round outstanding accounting talents to the market,secondary vocational accounting major needs to optimize the curriculum system under the premise of updating the training objectives.In this paper,under the premise of investigation and analysis of the status quo of accounting practitioners in various enterprises and institutions in Chongqing as well as the ability demand of accounting positions,we fully understand the market demand.At the same time,this paper analyzes the curriculum system of accounting major in a secondary vocational school in Chongqing,and optimizes the curriculum system of accounting major in secondary vocational school based on the survey report on market demand.This paper is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which serves as the general introduction to introduce the research background of the whole paper and summarize the research status at home and abroad.At the same time,the relevant concepts in this study are elaborated,and the research objects and methods are enumerated.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of Chongqing’s accounting personnel ability demand.First,it is the current situation of Chongqing’s economic development.Then,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of Chongqing’s accounting personnel demand through questionnaires.The third chapter takes the accounting major of a secondary vocational school in Chongqing as an example to analyze the case and find out the problems in the curriculum system from the accounting training program.The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper.Firstly,it analyzes the optimization principles of the curriculum system of accounting specialty in secondary vocational schools,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the curriculum system.Then,it optimizes the curriculum system of accounting specialty in secondary vocational schools,including training objectives,curriculum content,curriculum setting,curriculum evaluation and other factors.Chapter five is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. |
