Campus bullying is a behavior in which a student has been bullied or harassed by one or more students repeatedly with negative behaviors for a long time.It has three characteristics: intentional hurt behavior,recurrence,and power imbalance.Its prevalence remains high,and it is accompanied by serious negative effects,such as:lowering the mood and self-worth of the victims of bullying;increasing depression,anxiety and suicide.Therefore,how to reduce the depression of campus bullying victims is the main research direction of this research.Previous studies have proved that forgiveness can reduce the subject’s self-blame and reduce the victim’s depression.Individuals with forgiveness have lower levels of depression.Based on this,this research plans to reduce the level of depression of campus bullies by intervening in forgiveness.Based on previous theoretical foundations,this research will further explore the current situation of depression and forgiveness among the victims of campus bullying in junior high schools,and analyze their characteristics;thus,it will give an indication of the level of bullying,depression,and forgiveness of the victims of junior high school bullying.The relationship is discussed,in order to find a suitable way to effectively improve the level of forgiveness of the victims of middle school bullying,so as to truly reduce the victims’ depression.Through literature analysis,this research adds demographic related topics and variables of "bullying degree" to the Liu Tiao Center Depression Scale as a tool.450 students from grade one to grade three in junior high school are used as the subjects of this study to understand the junior high school campus.The characteristics of forgiveness in bullying victims.Then the Enright Forgiveness Scale was applied to investigate the forgiveness level of the victims of bullying in junior high schools and the relationship between tolerance level and depression.Finally,group counseling was used to intervene in the forgiveness of students.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The bullying injuries suffered by junior high school campus victims are heavy,and only a small number of junior high school students have suffered mild bullying injuries.(2)Gender factors have an impact on the level of depression,and the level of depression of girls is better than that of boys.(3)The depression level of the victims in junior high school school bullying increased with the increase of grades.(4)The degree of bullying has a significant impact on the depression level of junior high school students,and the more bullied junior high school students,the higher their depression level.(5)Female students’ psychological level of forgiveness is higher than that of male students in junior high school school bullying.(6)The dimension level of forgiving emotion and forgiving behavior of female students in junior high school school bullying is higher than that of male students.(7)Among the victims in junior middle school in school bullying,the level of forgiveness of non-only children is higher.(8)The dimension level of forgiveness behavior of non-only children among junior high school school bullying victims is higher than that of only children.(9)Depression is closely related to the psychological level of forgiveness.(10)Forgiveness psychological group counseling can effectively reduce the depression psychology of the victims in junior high school school bullying.
