Cultural tourism integration development puts forward higher requirements for secondary vocational students majoring in tourism service and management.Copying the national teaching standards of secondary vocational tourism service and management in 2017 to cultivate talents does not meet the requirements of the new era for tourism talents,nor does it meet the requirements of vocational college entrance examination,nor does it meet the needs of students for further study.Therefore,in order to improve the sustainable development of the students of this major,build the index system of the sustainable development ability of secondary vocational tourism service and management students,provide objective and quantifiable basis for the professional personnel training,assessment and evaluation,provide reference for its curriculum and teaching effect,and promote the development of secondary vocational tourism education.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,this paper defines the concept of sustainable development ability of students majoring in tourism.Through literature analysis and qualitative interviews with excellent teachers,representatives of tourism industry and tourism experts in secondary vocational tourism service and management,this paper aims to understand the current development situation of students majoring in tourism,their corresponding jobs and the sustainable development ability of development competition,Preliminary design to meet the needs of students’ development and economic and social development needs of the professional students’ sustainable development ability index.Secondly,Delphi method is used to compile the questionnaire of sustainable development ability of the students of this major,and two rounds of expert consultation are conducted.According to the expert opinions,the index system of sustainable development ability of the students of this major is modified and improved.Finally,by using the hierarchical analysis method,the weight coefficient of each level of the index system is established,the judgment matrix is constructed,and the consistency test is carried out,so that the evaluation index tends to be quantitative and scientific.There are four first level indicators: basic ability(0.290),professional ability(0.409),professional ability(0.205)and development ability(0.097),and14 second level indicators: environmental adaptation,emotion management,teamwork,critical thinking,communication,basic knowledge,professional knowledge and skills,professional consciousness,career ideal,qualification,lifelong learning,application practice,professional competence,professional competence Innovation and creation,66 three-level indicators.This paper makes an empirical study on the sustainable development ability of secondary vocational students majoring in tourism service and management.The reliability and validity of the index are tested through a questionnaire survey of students majoring in tourism service and management in three key secondary vocational schools in Chongqing.The statistical results show that the index is reliable and effective.Two typical schools are selected for comparative analysis of students’ abilities,and it is concluded that the students of the two schools basically meet the sustainable development ability index of the major,but some items with low scores should be paid attention to,such as innovation and creativity.Due to the different talent training programs,different local economic development levels and the influence of family education,students’ professional knowledge and skills,the ability of innovation and creativity,the ability of innovation and creativity,the ability of innovation and creativity,the ability of innovation and creativity,the ability of innovation and creativity,the ability of innovation and creativity,the There are great differences in team cooperation,critical thinking and environmental adaptation.Therefore,the corresponding suggestions are put forward: optimizing the professional curriculum,improving teachers’ teaching methods,adopting quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods,and establishing the school enterprise cooperation mode of "bringing in and going out"...
