| With the rapid development of science and technology,the requirements for teacher training effectiveness are becoming higher and higher,and teacher deep learning has gradually become one of the hot topics of research.Teachers’ deep learning means that on the basis of teachers’ memory and understanding,they can critically accept new ideas and knowledge,integrate them with the original knowledge system,transfer and integrate new and old knowledge,and make corresponding decisions.The connotation of deep learning fits the learning process and learning mode of teacher training,helps teachers deepen their understanding of training content,effectively stimulates teachers’ internal motivation and classroom participation in training,and promotes teacher professional development.Therefore,based on the characteristics of adult learning,to understand the current situation of teachers’ learning,to analyze the problems of teachers in learning motivation,learning cognition,learning behavior,learning process and learning results,it is very necessary to investigate the current situation of teachers’ deep learning in teacher training.Based on the relevant research foundation of deep learning,this research compiled a questionnaire on the status quo of teachers’ deep learning in post-service teacher training.The questionnaire takes the five aspects of learning motivation,learning cognition,learning behavior,learning process and learning results as the entry point to investigate the status quo of teachers’ deep learning in post-service training and analyze its existing problems.The results of the survey show that the consistency of the questionnaire is 0.921 and the KMO value is 0.832,indicating that the questionnaire has good test reliability and validity,and can more accurately reflect the current situation of teachers’ deep learning.The survey results show that there is still a big gap between the teacher’ s learning status in post-service training and deep learning.Teachers’ deep learning motivation is not strong,cognitive level is low,behavior level is relatively shallow,process level is low,and the level of learning results is not high.,Still needs further development,and at the same time,there are differences in professional titles,subjects taught,and majors learned to a certain extent.Aiming at the problems in teachers’ post-service training and learning,after analyzing the reasons,they pointed out that the in-depth design countermeasures for teacher training: rationally arrange teacher work and training plans;improve the professional training level of teaching experts;strictly plan training content and process;innovate training forms;Attach importance to taking participating teachers as the main body.Through teacher training deep learning,the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher learning can be further strengthened. |
