Researches In Learning Assistant Strategies On In-Service Teacher' Distance Training

Since the 21st century, with the continuous improvement of the distance education, the network training form has been more and more accepted and recognized. Then, how to improve the network training? This has become the important research content of the distance education researchers. In the distance training, trainers and learners are space-time separate, and independent learning is their main way of learning. Trainers, as a guide for learners, provide appropriate and timely assistant services to ensure that learners "learning", enhance their distance learning effect, and actually promote their personal professional development.Nowadays, as the school education requires higher and higher for teachers, the needs of teachers professional development are more and more pressing; Network training has many advantages, therefore, teacher distance training develops rapidly. This paper is aimed at research into teacher distance training.Providing learning assistant services for distance learners is one of the measures to improve the effect of network training. At home, the learning assistant strategies that the researchers have proposed, as well as the using effect in the existing teacher distance training are the main aspects studied in this paper.First of all, I analyze the necessity of learning assistant strategies in the distance training, and define the concept of "learning assistant strategy" through the literature analysis.Secondly, I study and summarize the learning assistant strategies of domestic teacher distance training through literature review, and expound my own views.Thirdly, I test the effect of part of the learning assistant strategies summarized above through two projects that I participate in personally, and enrich the result of the research according to the testing result.Finally, I summarize the research achievement and contribution, put forward the problems existing in the research and further research direction, and then put forward some of my own ideas and Suggestions in the teacher distance training in order to improve the studying effect and help the learners to obtain professional development.
