With the deepening and promotion of education reform,teachers' professional development has been paid more and more attention.At present,the research on Teachers' professional development focus on the professional development of teachers,the Ministry of education has issued the "Kindergarten Teachers' professional standards(Trial)" "primary school teachers' professional standards(Trial)" and "middle school teachers' professional standards(Trial)",and for Higher Vocational College teachers' professional standards,has not been released and the related research is relatively small.Based on this,in this study,X college teachers in Gansu Province as the research object,evaluation of teachers' professional quality balanced development issued "to assess the level of teachers' professional development project of national group(Trial)" as the basis,combining the opinions of experts,starting from the perspective of teachers,to "professional philosophy,professional spirit,professional knowledge,professional" four dimensions,design the questionnaire of teachers professional development.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of teachers' professional development in X College of Gansu Province,so as to study the current situation,problems and improvement strategies of the professional development of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges.This study shows that the professional development of teachers in Gansu province X,lack of advanced teaching idea guidance,and the transformation of teachers on their own status should be rational,scientific;occupation moral level of teachers is not high enough to be stable,improve teachers' professional knowledge;the content is not abundant enough,the knowledge structure needs to be improved;in addition,the teachers' ability of curriculum development is not strong,practical ability needs to be improved.Based on this,the paper from the system security,personal development,the three dimensions of organizational culture and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The author believes that vocational college teachers' professional development should be attracted widespread attention of the whole society,at the same time,to strengthenthe research on the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,improve the professional level of teachers in higher vocational colleges,teaching in science research on higher vocational colleges,better play an important role,the field of science and technology innovation.Considering the Vocational College Teachers' professional development is not immutable and frozen,in the future development but also exposed some problems,we need to continue to study and practice in the future.
