| Primary school students in body and mind development important period,along with the expansion of social experience and change the way of thinking,primary school students in learning,self-awareness,interpersonal,and emotional adjustment,etc.,will encounter all sorts of psychological distress or problem.In order to further strengthen the mental health education in primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education added in the Guidelines for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in 2012: "cultivate students’ positive psychological qualities,tap their psychological potential,and pay attention to the prevention and solution of behavioral problems in the process of development." This regulation emphasizes the prevention and development of mental health education and points out that cultivating pupils’ positive psychological quality is the basic content and inevitable trend of mental health education in primary schools.Therefore,this research in particular the elementary school higher grades students in yunnan province as the research object,analyzes the present situation of the elementary school higher grades students psychological quality education and to assess specific pupil groups of positive psychological quality development present situation,selected based on the group guidance form to carry out the practice of positive psychological quality education practice object,and positive psychological quality cultivation,education practice process of the practice after the analysis and using quantitative and qualitative research methods testing the effect of education practice,analyzed the effectiveness of the education practice,put forward in view of the elementary school higher grades students’ positive psychological quality education countermeasures of ascension.This study conducted statistical analysis on 510 valid questionnaires on positive psychological qualities of primary school students,and compared them from multiple dimensions,such as gender,grade,class committee,class ranking,and parents’ educational level,so as to select senior primary school students who participated in educational practice.The experimental group was then given weekly group counseling on positive psychological traits for eight weeks.The themes of the eight events are: coming together,accepting yourself,opening up your heart,exploring positive emotions,connecting,confidence sails,the best of me and amazing journey.Each activity has its own focus,step by step to cultivate members’ qualities of love,tolerance,perseverance,faith and hope.After the practice,quantitative analysis and qualitative induction were used to test the effectiveness of the practice of positive psychological quality education.The results showed that the practice achieved good results.The quantitative analysis showed that the members who participated in the positive psychological quality education practice improved significantly on the four qualities of love,care,tolerance,faith and hope.Based on qualitative induction method,a total of 36,662 words from 10 verbatim interviews were analyzed and it was found that the members who participated in the practice of positive psychological quality education had positive development in the aspects of perception ability,maintaining positive emotions,self-efficacy,parent-child relationship,peer relationship,team spirit and so on.And from the verbatim transcript of the interview,we can not only see the improvement of the qualities of love,prudence,tolerance,faith and hope of primary school students,but also see the change of interpersonal communication promoted by the improvement of observation and cooperation qualities.This study analyzes the whole process of educational practice from four aspects:educational approach,educational method,educational program and educational process,and draws the conclusion that educational practice should attach importance to the program design of group counseling,emphasize the professional training of instructors,pay attention to group size,and establish a good group atmosphere.At the same time,it analyzes the effectiveness of educational practice,which is attributed to the scientific process adopted in educational practice,the generative and experiential teaching adopted,and the selection of cultivating quality is close to the learning situation and has pertinence.Finally,by referring to domestic and foreign literature,some suggestions are put forward to carry out positive psychological quality education for senior grade in primary school,which can provide guidance and reference for school educational activities and parents.Including: using the positive guidance of mass media,to lead by example education,joint social welfare activities;To establish awareness as the key,the use of human resources,to create a warm campus environment;With professional courses as the leading,subject penetration as the core,with the network platform as the guidance;To carry out special education by means of group counseling activities and mental health lectures;Taking positive communication as the key,teaching by words and deeds as the basis,and family-school cooperation as the platform;Enhance positive emotional experience,construct positive cognition,and pay attention to reasonable catharsis. |
